Reordering of items will happen fluidly in the Explore menu without the need for any popup verification of your reorder request. If you do get a popup prompt, this probably means that some other menu item was selected besides the two siblings you were trying to reorder. The popup will allow you to indicate whether or not you want those items to be part of the linking/ordering operation or not.
For Microsoft IE on a PC,use the following proceedure.
- 1) In the Explore menu, make sure no items are already selected (selected items are highlighted in a purplish blue; all items can be deselected with the "Deselect" button at top of menu).
- 2) Open menu item whose children you want to reorder
- 3) Select the item you want to move by clicking on its little boxy icon.
- 4) Hold the mouse button down and drag it over destination item, ensuring that a red arrow appears and points to where you want to insert your dragged-item, either above or below target item.
- 5) Release mouse button, and item should drop in place.
For Firefox, use the following proceedure:

- 4) Place mouse over destination item that you want your #3 choice to go.
- 5) hold down "Ctrl" (on a PC) or "alt/option" (on a Mac), and move mouse around until you see little red arrow pointing up or down.
