This is a demonstration form, showing 4 input fields and a submit button. Note the automatic formatting for the phone number, basic validation on the email address, hidden password & confirmation, and help icons to the right of particular fields. We've designed the form interface so that users are given immediate feedback about the validity of their entries as they progress from field to field.
Most this functionality can be turned on or off through the Presto backend administration interface.
